Broccoli Bottom provides quality accommodation near Oakham, in Rutland.

The accommodation is provided over five individual self catering properties.

If you are looking for group accommodation in Rutland, Broccoli Bottom provides an excellent base for family get togethers, groups of cyclists, ramblers, fishermen, sailors and bird watchers. Sleeping up to 23 guests, we provide a unique accommodation facility close to Rutland Water.

We welcome well behaved children and obedient dogs in our accommodation, situated in the heart of Rutland, with paddocks and countryside walks to enjoy.

Broccoli Bottom is set in 7 acres of open countryside in the very heart of England’s smallest county. We are ideally situated for Rutland Water….you do need to pass the Village Inn to reach the water by foot!! It is 5 minutes by car to the sailing club and fishing lodge and our rear driveway leads on to the cycle path that runs through the village.

Set in the grounds of the main house is the self catering accommodation, ideal for holiday lets, and continuing the vegetable theme you may choose between Lettuce Lodge, Carrot Cottage, Parsnip Place, Mange-Tout Maison and Fennel Folly. Our aim is to provide a comfortable stay in very relaxed surroundings. Sleeping up to 23 people on site, Broccoli Bottom is the ideal place for friends and families to meet up and yet have the privacy of their own accommodation.

There is ample parking for boats and trailers and lockable storage for cycles, golf clubs etc…we even have a laundry/drying room for waders, wellies and wetsuits.
